Clarity Converts is currently operated as an individual/sole proprietor business based in India. We are in the process of formalizing our business registration. This section will be updated once registration is complete.

2. Our Services

Clarity Converts provides cold email outbound system setup and management services for founder-led AI B2B SaaS companies, including infrastructure setup, list building, campaign management, and reporting. Current offerings are provided free of charge to a limited number of qualifying applicants, as described on our website.

3. Eligibility and Application

Applying for our services does not guarantee acceptance. We review applications at our discretion and may decline any applicant who does not fit our current criteria. Submitting an application does not create a contractual obligation on our part until we explicitly confirm engagement with you.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we design our outbound systems to maximize deliverability and reply rates, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to number of replies, meetings booked, or revenue generated. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your product, market, and pricing.

5. Client Responsibilities

If accepted into our program, you agree to provide accurate information about your business, product, and target customers, and to review and approve messaging and lead criteria in a timely manner so campaigns can proceed as planned.

6. Pricing and Future Paid Offerings

Our current offer is free for qualifying applicants, limited to a stated number of spots. We are actively developing paid service tiers. Once introduced, pricing, billing terms, and cancellation terms will be clearly disclosed before any charge is made, and these Terms will be updated accordingly. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including copy, design, and branding, is owned by Clarity Converts unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reproduce it without permission.

8. Third-Party Tools

We use third-party tools to operate this website and our services, including but not limited to Tally Forms for application submissions, Google Sheets for internal review, and Google Analytics (GA4) for website analytics. Your use of these tools through our site is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarity Converts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue services to any client or applicant at our discretion, including in cases of misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
